A Harness for Team Productivity

At my company I work on mobile on my own, but I understand that other people work while communicating with their fellow teammates.

In situations like this, when using tools like Codex, Claude Code, or Cursor, one person uses them in way A while another uses them in way B, so it seems only natural that consistency falls apart or that not everyone can get the same level of LLM performance.

This is a discussion about how to derive an appropriate level of output through a consistent, similar engineering experience while working on the same project, and it’s a nice, easy read!
